(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also celebrated as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated apparatus is adept at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits, efficiently managing scenarios where voltage is present but the load is absent.
Designed for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its streamlined structure, economic feasibility, and user-friendly operation. It boasts a range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—tailored to meet diverse requirements. The switch is composed of a robust base, reliable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical segment. The gate knife system used for circuit operations employs two conductive blades per phase, ensuring optimal functionality. External compression springs on either side allow for precise contact pressure adjustments by modifying spring height. Operations are conducted with an insulated hook stick, complemented by a self-locking mechanism that enhances safety and efficiency.
Working Environment:
Altitude requirements: Must not exceed an elevation of 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature parameters: Maximum temperature should not surpass +40°C; minimum temperature must not drop below -30°C;
Outdoor wind conditions: Wind speed should not exceed 35 meters per second;
Seismic resilience: Capable of withstanding seismic intensities up to 8 degrees; the installation area should remain stable without recurrent severe vibrations.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical residues, salt mist, dust, dirt, and any other explosive or corrosive substances that could severely impact the switch's insulation and conductive performance.
Important Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation Preparations:
Annual Maintenance Checklist: Ensure the systematic inspection of the switch includes the following:
Thoroughly remove any dirt from the conductive components, contact points, and the surface of the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain optimal performance.
Diligently check all parts for damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle, inspecting for any signs of damage or cracks.
Inspect the contact surfaces of the conductive components to confirm they remain in excellent condition, ensuring uninterrupted performance.
