(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also elegantly known as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly engineered for seamless application on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This switch is designed to proficiently open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits when there's no load, but voltage is present, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
This innovative switch is meticulously crafted for single-phase operation in three-phase line systems. Its hallmark characteristics include a remarkably simple structure, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and unmatched ease of use. It offers a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, catering to diverse needs. The switch comprises a robust base, sturdy post insulators, efficient conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The gate knife structure ensures smooth circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades supported by external compression springs on both sides. The spring height adjustment is key to achieving the desired contact pressure for the gate knife. An insulated hook stick facilitates effortless opening and closing operations, complemented by a self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
The site altitude should not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring the switch's optimal performance.
Ambient temperature: It should remain within a maximum limit of +40°C and not drop below a minimum of -30°C, safeguarding the switch's functionality.
Outdoor wind speed should be maintained below 35 meters/second, protecting the switch's structural integrity.
Seismic intensity should not exceed 8 degrees. The installation location must be devoid of frequent severe vibrations to ensure stability.
The installation locale should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could adversely impact the switch's insulation and conductivity.

WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN ENTER INTO NEGOTIATION WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct regular annual inspections of the following switch components:
Carefully remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' surface to maintain pristine condition.
Inspect all components for damage, focusing diligently on detecting any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surface remains in optimal condition for efficient operation.
