Introducing our (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as the isolation disconnect switch. This advanced solution is meticulously designed for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, capable of managing 10(12, 15, 24)kV operations. It expertly handles the opening and closing of single-phase or three-phase circuits, delivering unparalleled performance even with voltage present yet no load.
This switch is tailored for seamless single-phase operation within three-phase line systems. Boasting a straightforward structure, it promises cost-effectiveness and ease of use. Choose from a range of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Each switch is composed of a robust base, post insulators, conductive elements, and a precision mechanical section. Employing a gate knife mechanism, the switch ensures efficient circuit operations. Each phase features two conductive blades and external compression springs that can be adjusted for optimal contact pressure. Operated via an insulated hook stick, the switch includes a self-locking device, enhancing its safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Designed to perform flawlessly at altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
The switch can withstand ambient temperatures ranging from a chilly -30°C to a warm +40°C;
It can endure outdoor wind speeds reaching up to 35 meters/second;
Engineered to withstand seismic intensities up to 8 degrees, provided the location is free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installations should be in environments free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any explosive or corrosive substances that could compromise insulation and conductivity.
Note:
Should any of the above standard conditions be exceeded, a consultation with our company is advocated for optimal performance solutions.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Diligently remove any accumulated dirt from the conductive parts, the contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles' exterior.
Thoroughly check all components for any damage, with a particular focus on identifying any harm or cracks in the insulating porcelain bottle.
Ensure that the contact surfaces of the conductive parts maintain optimal conditions.
