(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, commonly referred to as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated switch effortlessly opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits under load-free conditions, maintaining voltage presence.
This switch is meticulously engineered for single-phase application in three-phase line systems, celebrated for its uncomplicated architecture, economic advantage, and user-friendly operation. It comes in an array of rated currents: 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. Constructed from a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a precision mechanical section, this switch incorporates a gate knife structure for seamless circuit maneuvers. Each phase's gate knife is composed of two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. Fine-tuning the spring height ensures optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife. The switch is maneuvered using a specially designed insulated hook stick for opening and closing functions and is equipped with a dependable self-locking device.
Optimal Working Environment:
Altitude should remain below 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: peaks not surpassing +40°C; valleys not dipping below -30°C;
Outdoor wind velocity should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity should remain under 8 degrees; the installation area must be free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, grime, or any explosive or corrosive elements that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Important Note:
WHEN NORMAL USAGE CONDITIONS EXCEED THIS RANGE, USERS CAN ENGAGE IN DISCUSSION WITH THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE.
Installation, Operation, and Precision Adjustment
Necessary Pre-installation Procedures
Conduct an annual inspection of the following critical components of the switch:
Clear any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's surface to maintain pristine operation.
Inspect all components for potential damage, with an emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the conductive part's contact surfaces are in excellent condition.
