(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, renowned as the isolation disconnect switch, is meticulously engineered for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. It is expertly crafted to seamlessly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without the burden of load, yet while voltage is present.
The switch is masterfully designed for single-phase operation within three-phase line systems, distinguished by its straightforward structure, economic efficiency, and user-friendly nature. It is available in various rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps. These sophisticated switches comprise a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. A gate knife structure is ingeniously utilized for the precise opening and closing of circuits. Each phase's gate knife features two conductive blades, enhanced with external compression springs on both sides. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved. This switch is operated with an insulated hook stick for smooth opening and closing actions, and is equipped with a reliable self-locking device.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not above +40°C; minimum not below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should not experience frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site should be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Conduct a meticulous annual check of the following switch components:
Diligently remove dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles.
Inspect all components meticulously for any damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Verify the integrity of the contact surface of the conductive part to ensure optimal function.
