(H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also renowned as an isolation disconnect switch, is expertly crafted for operation on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device efficiently opens and closes single-phase or three-phase circuits, effortlessly managing circuits with voltage present yet without a load.
Designed for single-phase integration within three-phase line systems, this switch boasts a straightforward structure, exceptional cost-effectiveness, and unparalleled ease of use. Available in an impressive range of rated currents—200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps—these switches feature a sturdy base, post insulators, conductive components, and a mechanical section. The circuit's opening and closing are facilitated through an innovative gate knife structure. Each phase's gate knife is equipped with two conductive blades, enhanced by external compression springs on both sides. Precision in contact pressure for the switch's gate knife is achieved by adjusting the spring height. The operation is conducted using an insulated hook stick for seamless opening and closing actions, and it incorporates a state-of-the-art self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed should not surpass 35 meters per second;
Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; the installation site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
The installation site must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could critically impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Annually conduct regular inspections on the following switch components:
Diligently remove any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottles to maintain peak performance.
Examine all components for potential damage, with particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part maintains optimal quality.
