Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. Specifically crafted to serve the demanding needs of 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch excels at opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load, while voltage is present. Seamlessly engineered for reliability in high voltage scenarios.
This switch is meticulously designed for single-phase use within three-phase line systems. It stands out due to its uncomplicated design, cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. With available rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, this switch is versatile to meet various demands. Its components include a robust base, durable post insulators, conductive parts, and a mechanical section. A precision-engineered gate knife structure efficiently opens and closes the circuit. Each phase utilizes a dual-blade gate knife with external compression springs on either side, allowing spring height adjustments to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operated with an insulated hook stick, it also features an integrated self-locking device for enhanced safety.
Working Environment:
Ideal operational altitude should not exceed 1000 meters, ensuring optimal performance.
Designed to thrive within an ambient temperature range from -30°C to +40°C, adapting to diverse climates.
Can withstand outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters per second, maintaining stability.
Built to endure seismic activity with an intensity not exceeding 8 degrees; ideal for locations with minimal severe vibrations.
Ensure installation sites are free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other harmful explosive or corrosive elements that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.

Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
Perform an annual inspection on the following switch components:
Ensure the removal of any dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the surface of insulating porcelain bottles to maintain high conductive efficiency.
Regularly inspect all components for damage, paying particular attention to the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Examine the contact surface of the conductive part to confirm it remains in excellent condition.
