(H)GWBEB type Outdoor High-Voltage Isolation Switch, also known as an Isolation Disconnect Switch, is expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high-voltage power transmission and distribution lines. This sophisticated device is designed to deftly open and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without incurring load, yet with voltage present.
Intended for single-phase utilization within three-phase line systems, this switch stands out due to its streamlined design, affordability, and simplicity of operation. With available rated currents ranging from 200 to 1250 amps, these switches incorporate essential components such as a sturdy base, robust post insulators, conductive elements, and a mechanical section. Employing an innovative gate knife structure for seamless circuit control, each phase's gate knife is ingeniously designed with dual conductive blades equipped with external compression springs. By meticulously adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is attained for the switch's gate knife. Operation is facilitated using an insulated hook stick, ensuring efficient opening and closing actions, bolstered by an integral self-locking mechanism.
Working Environment:
Altitude: Must not surpass 1000 meters;
Ambient Temperature: Should remain within +40°C at maximum and not fall below -30°C at minimum;
Outdoor Wind Speed: Should not exceed 35 meters/second;
Seismic Intensity: Should stay below 8 degrees; the site should remain free from frequent severe vibrations.
Installation Site Criteria: Must be devoid of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive substances that could impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
WHEN THE ABOVE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS ARE EXCEEDED, THE USER CAN NEGOTIATE WITH THE COMPANY.

Annual Maintenance: Regularly inspect the switch's following components each year:
Eliminate any dirt from the conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle's exterior.
Conduct a thorough examination of all parts for any damage, with particular emphasis on checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any signs of damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surface of the conductive part remains intact and in pristine condition.
